About Us
Welcome to our family-run restaurant, established in October 2019. Tapas Tres (also known as Tapas3) is a small, independent restaurant with a simple aim: to bring the authentic flavours and warm hospitality of Spain to Edinburgh.
Taking inspiration from different regions of Spain, we pride ourselves on good, honest cooking using fresh, quality ingredients. From our slow-cooked Carrillera to our hand-rolled croquetas, everything is homemade, with no shortcuts.
We believe in quality over quantity, offering a carefully chosen menu that brings together traditional Spanish tapas, modern twists and a few creative fusions.
Our passion for Spain extends beyond the kitchen, with a thoughtfully selected range of Spanish wines, beers and spirits, bringing a true taste of Spanish bar culture to the heart of Newington.
